Hired Attorney

Mr. Falcon came highly recommend. We won our litigation with the state. I would use him again. He is extremely expensive. I do not agree with the billing process but I kept my job. I had the information available and I was right and he was skilled. He and his brother or the top two in the state.

Floyd got us to court each time - won a judgement against my ex-husband in the amount of 26,000.00 plus court costs and interest everything together was a little over 30,000.00 - this was on 12/08/2008 - on January 6, 2009 my ex-husband supposedly sold the land and house he owned to his nephew for 65,000.00 - this was done with a notary his family knew in their small community and filed with the clerk of court that attended his brother's church(the father of the nephew) so i didn't get paid.
