Hired Attorney

I got charged with rape. John said nothing! in the preliminary hearing, even do DNA was negative, no scratches on me like she said, etc, and a lot was pointing to my innocence. They? all didn't respect the plea deal. He repeated at all 4 meetings that “the judge is going to believe her, so we might as well plead guilty”, he didn't object to a sabotaged disclosure presentation where the DNA page was totally blacked out like many other pages,important information was missing, pages where not in proper order, page numbers where signed, pictures of the crime scene where missing, etc, and a lot more. Tried to fire him, begged me not too, saying we will fight and win, the next meeting(last) he just continued to say plea. After I read IN THE RAPE DISCLOSURE that “The young female was upset and crying, further investigation revealed the young female(17Yrs old) had been sexually assaulted by the 30Yr. old male.” and nobody was defending me i lost faith and pleaded. The worst lawyer ever.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
