Smart guy, I won't be unfair to him. I think he is a very smart lawyer, but is horrible about keeping in contact with his client. I could call once a day everyday and may not get to talk to him until 2 weeks later. When you have issues that are time sensitive, this becomes a real issue. If you don't mind never getting to talk to him and having his secretary tell you that she has no way that she can help you, then he is your man. The only valid thing he did was show up for my hearing.
