H. David Blair and Robert D. Stroud founded Blair & Stroud in 1982. Since that time, the firm has successfully litigated hundreds of cases in every level of state and federal court in Arkansas and in other states.

Blair & Stroud has represented injured people and their families for more than forty years. We are a full-service law firm based in Batesville, Arkansas, concentrating on the litigation and trial of significant personal injury and wrongful death cases. These cases include motor vehicle accidents, job-related accidents, construction accidents, agricultural machinery injuries, medical malpractice, electrical injuries, automobile crashworthiness cases, and dangerous and defective products. We also represent individual and corporate clients in business and commercial litigation, real estate matters, employment litigation, and family law disputes.

They told me the risks and the possible cost of litigation in my case. Their honest advise was to reconsider suing. They gave me the confidence to try a few things on my own. Hired Attorney Barrett S. Moore

Barrett Moore's knowledge of codes and statutes is outstanding. He puts his heart into his work and is an honest, no nonsense attorney. He has helped my family with two cases. My son has special needs. Mr. Moore was the only attorney that would take our case both times and he won them both with no problems.
