Hired Attorney

When faced with an OVI charge, he was very thorough explaining the law in layman's terms so that I could make better, more educated, decisions about how to proceed with my case. An OVI stays on your record for life and isn't expungable, so his handling of my case was extremely important. The office communicated with me every step of the way. At the end of the day, he was able to negotiate a much more favorable outcome than if I would have gone in to represent myself. Many thanks!

Douglas Ball is an outstanding attorney. While I didn't always understand all of the legalities I was dealing with, he made them clearer for me, and his advice and handling of my various situations has been impeccable with outstanding results. Hired Attorney

Mr Ball assisted with a traffic violation so that we received a reduced sentence. He was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and listened carefully to our particular needs and concerns. He had a good working relationship with the Judge and the DA. I would highly recommend him for a similar case.

Hired Attorney

Although he is continuing to perform, I sometimes feel that he is not entirely "in my court". As the divorce is almost completed, I will continue with him, but would probably not hire him again.
