I have had Brian as an attorney for several things. One major case that was of significant importance, essentially I put my future in his hands. He was very thoughtful, attentive and did the research necessary to help me get the outcome I needed. I could be in a completely different place in life if it werent for his diligence and commitment. I would highly re ommend Brian for any legal need.
If you need a divorce attorney, do not use Brian. He charges women less than men, takes weeks-months to respond to any questions, and when you call him out on his response time he has every excuse in the book. His best one was telling me that he didn't respond for 3 weeks because the judge was on vacation. The judge was not on vacation. We asked him. His secretary is extremely rude. Renee I believe. Remember: You get what you pay for. Turned a 4-6 week process into a 10 month debacle.
Do NOT waste your time and money retaining Brian. He does not return phone calls, emails or texts. He gave erroneous legal advice. He was a no-show to several virtual appointments that had been confirmed with his secretary an hour before. It has yet to be seen what the full ramifications of his inaction will be. My new lawyer produced more in one day than Brian did in 7 months. When I finally got the retainer back it was less $500 which was contractually legal but certainly not ethical.
Handled my case very poorly. Would have to constantly track him down/keep calling to get a response on even simple matters. Set me back in my divorce 8 months do to his incompetent decisions. Is also good friends with the public defender that my wife had representing her. So if you want someone to screw you over for $1700.00 he is your man cause the court system in Genesee county is rigged along with the attorneys.
