James T. McCarthy is an accomplished attorney with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of litigation. Licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York, he has successfully represented a diverse range of clients, from individuals to corporations, in both State and Federal courts.
A graduate of Fordham Law School, Mr. McCarthy is known for his strategic approach to complex legal issues and a commitment to achieving favorable results. He excels at negotiating settlements and has a strong track record in trial advocacy, ensuring that clients' interests are vigorously defended.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. McCarthy has served as Planning Board Attorney and as public library municipal attorney in New Jersey municipalities, and has held the position of Chief Counsel for a global shipping and logistics company, where he managed litigation, employment, contract, and corporate matters.
