James T. McCarthy is an accomplished attorney with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of litigation. Licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York, he has successfully represented a diverse range of clients, from individuals to corporations, in both State and Federal courts.

A graduate of Fordham Law School, Mr. McCarthy is known for his strategic approach to complex legal issues and a commitment to achieving favorable results. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
