Chester A. Brewer (deceased in 2002) established his practice in Bartlesville, Oklahoma in 1928. He was joined in 1959 by Jesse J. Worten, Jr. (deceased 1983). The firm's partners are Bruce W. Robinett (deceased 2024) who joined the firm 1967, David B. King who joined the firm in 1980, by James M. Elias and P. Scott Buhlinger who joined the firm in 1997, Thomas J. Brown who joined the firm in 2005, and Jess M. Kane who joined in 2009. Associate attorney is Rick D. Tucker joined the firm in 2006. We are a full-service law firm, with a general civil practice with strong emphasis on oil and gas, estate planning, probate, banking, real estate, insurance defense, personal injury and miscellaneous family law matters.
