For the record, on March 21, 2024, at Hillsborough, NH, Attorney Anthony Figliola violated the FDCPA by verbally abusing the consumer in a debt collection matter. He called her a bigot. Shocking, frightening display. The mediator was witness to the verbal attack. He “ran out” of mediation, stating he had more important places to go. Clearly, it was his way or the highway. Nasty man. Consumer does not wish to engage in any manner or case with the above Attorney because he frightens her and treats her abusively.
