After receiving a cease and desist letter, I decided to shut down my website. Although I knew the letter was meritless, I didn't think I could afford to fight a very large law firm. Delaney who explained to me that the cease and desist had no legal basis. He was able to quickly resolve my problems with a few letters back to the law firm.
