I became acquainted with Andrew due to dissatisfaction with service a lawyer he supervised had provided or I should say had not provided. When he called me I expected it to be all about damage control. I was 100% pleasantly surprised. He LISTENED and actually demonstrated to me that he understood. He was kind and empathetic. He corrected everything that needed to be corrected and rectified all of my previous lawyer's missteps & kept me informed every step of the way.
After receiving a cease and desist letter, I decided to shut down my website. Although I knew the letter was meritless, I didn't think I could afford to fight a very large law firm. I talked to a number of lawyers, and none of them could even give an opinion on the merit of the cease and desist letter. Finally, I came across Andrew B. Delaney who explained to me that the cease and desist had no legal basis. He was able to quickly resolve my problems with a few letters back to the law firm.
Andy was very helpful when I needed documents reviewed. His keen eye was critical in developing a solid contract.
Great communicator and always full of great ideas.
Andrew has been amazing and has done an excellent job with negotiating even with the most difficult of opposing clients and lawyers. He truly has a gift and I would highly recommend him to anyone that is seeking an effective lawyer. He is cordial, sincere, a good listener and has the ability to get the job done in a timely manner. Further, he is a great litigator and I will be seeking his services in the future if I ever need legal counsel again. Thank you.
Excellent lawyer
