This attorney is shady, cheating and deceitful had Tonya Wooton a Nurse practitioner come out and see for herself she is very deceitful as well. , Mr Haydon Jr knew of a so called over payment with social security because my case worker informed Mr Haydon Jr of the situation after all over and done with Mr Haydon Jr. had got my social security for me but said he knew nothing about an over payment because he didn't want to look into who,what when why and where this over payment came he let social security keep my back pay that was owed to me (Jim Pike) of vocation rehab is responsible for because of VOCATION REHAB there neglect to Inform me of how much I could make and how many hours I was able to work.
Ben happily took our son's disability case as we are going through oncology and several other specialists - our son is very sick and has Palliative care on his team of caregivers. So. Ben took our case with joy and enthusiasm over a year ago (A year and a half ago to be more precise). Since then, Ben has been informed at every step of his health issues. Ben then BACKED OUT at the LAST MINUTE with NO TIME to find another attorney. Ben talked a big game when we signed with him - ensuring that it would be an easy win in about a year or so. With only ONE month from our hearing- suddenly Ben wanted us to see some shady Dr. out-of-pocket who did not take any insurance at $1,200 for an office visit! With the option of adding that to our bill, we said that would have to add that to the contingency- WITHIN the Hour he DROPPED OUR CASE via email from his secretary no less- not even man enough to make a phone call himself. Shame on you Ben - May your Karma find you.
My case was discussed with another individual not involved. Appointments were canceled without notification resulting in an approximate 400 mile trip for no purpose. His office required appointments for phone conversations.No notice was given that the appointments would not be kept. Information was lost...... Reimbursement for client medical expenses was not obtained.
