Extremly none responsive! Won't answer calls or emails. Every time I call he's supposedly either in court or in his office on a call. Do not use him!!!!!!! I am buying a property in Florida from a Kentucky resident who hired Billy because he said he could handle propate for an out of state property but isn't licensed to do so in another state. Took money drew up a contract to sell/purchase property but did not and can not do the probate process without a state licensed attorney. That is shady really shady!!! I didn't hire him but I wired transfered $30,283.33 Dec 17 2025 Iand still have not land title!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!
Billy Taylor is the epitome of the cliche of the sketchy, sleazy attorney. First off, he gave my husband the impression he could represent both parties in a divorce, which is totally unethical. It then took my husband's ex wife sitting in his office daily to get him to make any progress on it. Finally, it took another attorney to finalize the divorce because he still had no filed things properly. He continuously dropped the ball, and seemed incompetent in how to finalize what was a seemingly straight forward divorce. I also saw him in action in court and watched a woman, his client, have to return a child to a potentially abusive household just because Mr. Taylor failed to file a motion as she had requested. The poor woman had no clue until she was there in front of the judge. How did he try to make it right? By literally throwing cash at the opposition's attorney to cover her ex husband's attorney's fees, which the woman also had to pay thanks to his lack of legal advice.
