About William M. Pemberton

Attorney William Pemberton focuses his practice on personal injuries and family law. Attorney Pemberton moved to Wisconsin with his family while attending high school. He, along with his wife and three boys, now reside in the Baraboo area. For his undergraduate education, Attorney Pemberton attended the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and then obtained his juris doctorate from Marquette University Law School. It was during his time at Marquette that Attorney Pemberton realized he wanted to focus his career on litigation. He gained invaluable experience while working for a prominent Milwaukee personal injury firm. After law school Attorney Pemberton sharpened his skills with a firm specializing in civil defense work. Passion for Family Law and Small Communities In 2005 Attorney Pemberton and his wife, Angela, moved to Baraboo to be closer to their respective families and become part of small community they could actively participate in. While working with a local attorney, Attorney Pemberton was exposed to a wide variety of legal issues, including family law. He immediately discovered his passion for helping people with family law issues. Since then, Attorney Pemberton has made family law, along with personal injury and civil litigation, a significant part of his legal practice. The Personal Side In his free time Attorney Pemberton enjoys spending time with his wife and their three boys. When not at home, he can be found outdoors fishing, hunting or on the golf-course.

I had a wonderful experience working with Pemberton law office. They made everything so easy for me. I was hit by a car and was being harassed by the insurance company to settle for a very low amount. They got me almost 5x the amount the insurance company was offering. Everyone working on my case was so nice and wonderful it was a pleasure talking to them. A special thank you to Michelle , Ana, and Tamara for reaching out to me when my dad passed away and when I had my surgery. Everybody at the Pemberton law firm is awesome and I would definitely call them if I ever had another accident. They are the best!!

I can not thank the entire legal staff that represented me at Pemberton & Englund Law Office enough for all the work they did on my case. They fought for me when I needed them the most and did not let the insurance company get one over on me after trying multiple times. They exceeded expectations when it came to the settlement they got for me. Do not count these guys out. They are truly Rockstars in the legal world.

I was involved an automobile collision. I was T-boned at a four-way stop intersection receiving injuries and my car was totally damaged. The case took two years to settle and the insurance companies presented many hurdles to overcome. Attorney Pemberton successfully resolved all issues. I am fully satisfied with the settlement Will Pemberton negotiated. I would recommend him to anyone needing a personal injury attorney.

Mr Pemberton worked hard for me in my car accident case when he got a offer Michelle B called said he got a offer i said okay so i said thats good but he didnt think i was happy with my offer so he went out and got more money for me and Michelle B call said got good news said Mr Pemberton got you a little more money because he wanted me to be happy with what he got me.
