Yes, you can sell the home. The effect of no reaffirmation is that you do not have a personal obligation to pay the mortgage. You still are the titled owner and the mortgage is still a lien on the property so it must be paid in order to sell the property.

I can tell you if you have a case, and I can represent you in a case, but I cannot review a pro se complaint and teach you how to do it.  Either hire a lawyer if you do not know what you are doing, or do it yourself if you do.  I have done dozens of these cases and it is hard to do it pro se.  There are a lot of rules and procedures.

If you had been drinking, you cannot discharge damages for personal injury. Ordinarily you can discharge legal fees, but there are exceptions. It is perfectly lawful to represent yourself in a bankruptcy, but it is rarely a good idea. It's almost always best to retain an experienced lawyer. Some lawyers will accept instrumental payments. Good Luck.
