How do I respond to a lawsuit that is suing me for not paying the home equity line of credit?

It would be wise to file a legal Answer to the Complaint before a Judgment is entered in favor of the bank by the Court.

What can I do if the creditors did not show up to the meeting?

Most creditors do not show up to the meeting of creditors. Indeed, it is rare that they do. The process for the creditor is to file an adversarial proceeding against you. You will need an attorney to represent you in that. Who is the creditor, what did the motion say.

How do I go about bank accounts in Chapter 7/13 conversion?

Answered by attorney Robert Jason De Groot (Unclaimed Profile)
Bankruptcy lawyer at R. Jason de Groot, P.A.
You are skating on very thin ice. You need a bankruptcy attorney and simply cannot be helped much without one. Converting from a 7 to a 13 is ridiculous. When you file a 7, the trustee can seize any assets that are not exempt. The trustee will probably seize both bank accounts, and anything else that is not exempt, or try to make a deal with you.
