I just filed Chapter 13 and I just found a payday loan I forgot to include in the bankruptcy is it too late to add?

Katharine Renee Granger

As long as the debt was owed at the time of filing, then you can add it in by doing an amendment to your petition. There is a court fee to do so, typically around $30 and your attorney may charge a fee as well.
