Will my co-signers be absolved if I file for bankruptcy? How?

When someone co-signs a debt, they are on the hook to pay the debt just as if it was their debt. Your bankruptcy will not change that and neither will the passage of time. In fact, there are no good excuses available to a co-signer for not paying this type of debt.

I'm not sure what exactly is going on, but there can be more than one judgment only if it is up to the amount of what is owed.

How does one recover your wages if your company filed for bankruptcy?

You are probably eligible to file a claim in the employer's bankruptcy as a priority creditor, but unfortunately, not all companies have the resources to pay even the priority claims. For help, talk to the office of the state labor commissioner.
