A company I gave my credit card to says they never billed me, should I pay them again?

It depends upon more facts.. Generally you need to check your credit card billing statement to be sure they did not bill you .. if they did not charge you you should probably pay.. but I would not pay interest because they have no right to interest because you tendered payment then and they did not collect so the interest is their fault. If you filed bankruptcy or anything then no you do not have to pay.

Is there a way to continue full payments to the lender and keep the payments and loan in good standing?

See a bankruptcy practitioner. The answer is yes, but do realize if you do not keep up the payments in full and timely the co-signer will be affected.

If we are considering bankruptcy which is the best way to go?

Are you behind on your car and house payments? If you are behind, chapter 13 may be a better option because it will allow you to remain in possession and to make payments on the past due amount for 3-5 years, but you must have a regular income to qualify for this chapter. If you are current on your payments, chapter 7 may be a better option.
