Also, in most cases, the car lender will require you to sign a "reaffirmation agreement" for you to keep the car and still be responsible for making all the payments. You could list the loan on Schedule F (checking the box that the debt is contingent). You may want to state in the listing that you are a co-signer on the loan. I can't speak to the statute of limitations issue as that would require a review of the documents and an analysis of the facts.

I don't see a question here, and there isn't enough information to answer what I think you're asking. What is your relationship to this case?  Are you the debtor?  Are you a creditor?  Are you representing the debtor, or a creditor?   Different answers for different relationships.  If you're a creditor, it's likely in your best interest to report the bankruptcy fraud, but I don't see how you have any legal obligation to do so.
