What legal action can I take to declare repossession of the equipment if the customer has not come back to pick up by my certain imposed deadline?

You may be able to file an "aritsan's lien" and then foreclose on it. Once done, you can sell it, and if it does not bring enough to pay for your expenses and your work, then you can sue the owner for the difference. Of course, if you get more than what you would otherwise be paid, you have to refund the difference.

Can I reaffirm the debt in a bankruptcy so that the loan can survive the discharge?

You need to call an attorney right now. That just "one share of stock" is certainly piquing my interest and you can be sure the bankruptcy trustee will ask about it. It is security for a loan so certainly has some value. So the question is, is there any nonexempt EQUITY in the "just one share of stock". DO NOT TRY TO HANDLE THIS YOURSELF - GET AN ATTORNEY.

My car was repossessed and I decided to file bankruptcy, do I still have to pay?

It sounds like the lender is attempting to sell the car at the auto auction to avoid having to pay expensive storage fees. It does not sound like the creditor is seeking to require you to pay any deficiency from a sale, which would be a violation of your upcoming bankruptcy discharge.
