There are a lot of issues involved so you will need to consult an attorney. Did your divorce agreement provide for any of these issues? During the chapter 13, there is a co-debtor automatic stay (which means at least temporarily the creditors cannot sue you, but they may be able to obtain bankruptcy court permission to file suit against you. He might be paying for the home during the chapter 13. You might be faced with your own bankruptcy.
