If there are no creditor or trustee objections, the order should be issued at the time of the hearing on the motion.

You have not provided enough information for me to answer that question; best I can do with what you gave me is "depends" most likely no if your income and DMI (disposable monthly income) haven't changed since your plan was confirmed.

What is the difference in chapter 7 & chapter 13 bankruptcy and how do I know which one to file?

Answered by attorney Dorothy G. Bunce (Unclaimed Profile)
Bankruptcy lawyer at A Fresh Start
A Chapter 7 is usually over within 5 months, while a Chapter 13 is open for up to 5 years and requires you to make monthly payments to a court-appointed trustee. Unless you have money left over in your budget that you can use to make payments to the Trustee, you would probably chose Chapter 7. Chapter 13 can allow you to solve many kinds of debt problems that cannot be solved in a Chapter 7, such as past due debts on home mortgages or the purchase of other property, paying off tax debts, child support or alimony, or protecting you from creditors when you do not otherwise qualify for Chapter 7.
