What do I do if I did not receive a title on my car for my bankruptcy?

Answered by attorney Ofer Shmucher (Unclaimed Profile)
Bankruptcy lawyer at Shmucher Law, PL
The easiest was to get a copy of the title (even though it is not released) is to call the secured creditor and ask for the title department. They can email you a copy of what the title to provide to the trustee.

You really need to consult an attorney on these issues. One must review all of the contracts which address representation to even begin to offer counsel regarding your rights.

To remove your husband's name from the house completely, you will need to refinance the loan and pay off the mortgage where your husband is a co-debtor.
