He has a calm demeanor, reflective, assured, and, due to his legal expertise, has the ability to hone in on the issues at hand & what part of the history is pertinant in preparing the case & presenting it to the court. He has been a lawyer for a long time, & while this doesn't always translate into legal expertise or knowledge of the courts, case precedence, how to draft responses to motions, etc., in Mr. Baldacci's case it does. Experience with the courts, expertise with the law, & how that translates to a situation, & how to handle that situation is critical. While there were times we were concerned about what was happening, he stayed calm, & was fully prepared going into court & defending motions. This complicated case was won initially, & also on appeal. We thank him for his kindness, expertise, & compassion. He did a fantastic job!

He started out doing a good job but he switched it from a chapter 13 to a chapter 7 and forgot to tell us some information we needed to know about the difference in them.
