About Scott E. Nevin

Scott E. Nevin has been with the firm for 18 years and has headed the lead paint poisoning department since 2001. Scott was previously an assistant state’s attorney for Baltimore County and then an Assistant State Prosecutor, investigating and prosecuting public corruption, multi-jurisdictional and election law violation cases throughout Maryland. In 1992 Scott turned his investigative and trial experience into successfully representing children who have been exposed to deteriorated lead based paint in rental dwellings. Scott has been instrumental in recovering hundreds of millions for our clients who have lead paint poisoning by way of settlements and numerous jury verdicts.

Scott has also successfully represented people who have been injured due to vehicle accidents and exposure to mold and other toxic substances. He has tried cases in Central and Southern Maryland, the Eastern Shore and the District of Columbia.

Scott has been honored as a Maryland Super Lawyer. In his free time, Scott enjoys his family, fishing and being outdoors.
