Hired Attorney Jeffrey Schmieler

Jeff Schmieler is an exceptional lawyer, I would rate him higher than 5 stars, if I could. Jeff and his team have been extremely hard working, dedicated to our needs, and exceptional in communications through the several legal matters that they have handled for us including real estate contract review and consultation. Jeff is knowledgeable and very thorough making sure that all possible relevant documents are analyzed. In other words, he does his homework exceptionally well to make sure that there are no stones left unturned when it comes to gathering supporting material for our current case. I highly recommend Jeff and his team, and will retain him if needing council or legal advise again in the future.

Mr. Schmieler carefully listened to the facts during our consultation and agreed to take my case. As the case progressed, Mr. Schmieler remained steadfastly focused on the evidence and how it intersected with the law. He not only reviewed documents I provided, but also conducted his own research into previous cases regarding the situation and formulated a comprehensive perspective based on the other party’s history. His persistent and careful consideration of the entire situation reassured me that our case was solid. Although we haven’t yet finished at this point, he managed my expectations to the length of time it would take to resolve. His approach to information gathering and client relations speak to his experience. I am also impressed by his team, all of which are knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and professional. I intend to retain him for all future issues.

Excellent , Fantastic job, i would have not been able to repair my house I had a toilet over flow from my guest toilet on second floor of my home to the basement damaging both the leaving room and the basement. My home insurance company Liberty Mutual, refused to pay for repairs and at the same time cancelled my insurance. I contacted A Public Adjuster , who later referred me to Layer Jeffrey R Schmieler, LLC who accepted my case and worked very hard to achieve a big win with liberty mutual. I am very pleased and happy with the results and look forward to working with them and also making referrals to friends and family. without his efforts .

After the death of both my parents, I contacted Jeffrey R. Schmieler who assisted initially with the Estate of my father and subsequently three years later the Estate of my mother. He made what would have been a very difficult situation into an extremely simple one handling all matters related to the opening of the Estates, dealing with the Court, all open debts and eventually the final distribution and closing of the Estates. I would highly recommend Mr. Schmieler.
