Robert N. Grossbart, a lifelong Baltimore resident, has been practicing law in Maryland for over three decades. After earning a B.S. from Towson University in 1980, he became a Certified Public Accountant in 1984. He later attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating in 1986. The following year, he was admitted to practice in Maryland, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. In 1995, Baltimore Magazine recognized him as one of the Top 115 Lawyers, and in 2011, he received the Maryland Pro Bono Service Award. Mr. Grossbart is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the Maryland State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Maryland Consumer Bankruptcy Bar Association, Civil Justice, Inc., and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He is also a graduate of the Max Gardner Bankruptcy Boot Camp. Committed to community service, Mr. Grossbart serves on the Board of Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service.
