His response to my questions and unsolicited "advice" tells me he is totally clueless. I doubt he has ever argued a case in front of a jury much less won a jury trial. His approach is like those lawyers who need to advertise since they get zero referrals and zero repeat business. Actually claimed a year and a half is not enough time to prepare for trial in a high speed rear end collision by a hit-and-run driver who plead guilty, his insurance co admitted liability, and over $9,000 in damages.
