Hired Attorney Alan Burton Neurick

We were a company located hundred of miles from the court in which the plaintiff filed their complaint. Alan was organized and punctuate in handling all time sensitive court deadlines. Alan kept us updated on all elements of the case, clearly explaining all aspects of the case and possible outcomes.Mr. Neurick was able to get our case dismissed through his through arguments. We hope to never have a situation arising that requires legal counsel, but if we do, Mr. Neurick will be our lawyer.

I fell while running due to a hidden obstruction left by the removal of a USPS mailbox. The process of trying to find the responsible party was a nightmare. The county denied responsibility and there was no property owner or easement claim to be made. Finally after years of discovery, it was determined the Federal Government was the responsible party and the case would be defended by a US Attorney in Federal Court. Depositions were taken before an attempt at mediation. The government was inflexible with a very small offer and the case was taken to trial. The US Attorney hired outside council from a prestigious law firm and brought no less than four paralegal associates. Alan Neurick was not intimidated and presented our case by himself with both opening and closing arguments in the span of six hours. It was a bench trial meaning the judge would be the sole decider of damages and there would be no jury. We waited six weeks for the decision, but the judge found in our favor. High praise.
