If you just want to settle your case, our record of success matters. Insurance companies and defense lawyers keep track of lawyers' trial records by doing a computerized search based on the the attorney or the law firm's taxpayer ID number. If your counsel has a history of reaching an out-of-court settlement in every case, what does that tell the insurance company? It tells them there is not stick behind the carrot. settles all of his personal injury cases, the insurance company will be aware of this and will reflect this knowledge in the offer you receive for your claim. So if your lawyer does not try personal injury cases, the insurance company knows the lawyer will settle and will make their offer based on the fact that jury they know there is no real "hammer" (which is what a lawsuit and trial are to insurance companies) behind the lawyer's demand.

The focus of our personal injury practice is serious injury and wrongful death cases. Hired Attorney Ronald V. Miller Jr.

Ron was amazing! I had a major auto accident. Ron went over my case for several hours and not once was he in a hurry or impatient in the free consultation. He answered all my many questions thoroughly and was very open and honest about the whole process and how things work. I was impressed with how quick he was to take and return my calls as well as frequently checking in when he hadn't heard from me. He was knowledgeable and knew how to work with the insurance companies. I was surprised at how quickly my case was resolved and he got me more of a settlement than i was expecting! To say i was satisfied is an understatement, he truly went above and beyond!!

Laura is fantastic as well as the rest of her team. She always gets right back to me and answers any and all questions. She gives you straight feedback on the strengths and possible weaknesses of your case. She is definitely someone that you want on your side. Laura was very sympathetic regarding my terrible injury.
