This is the second time I have used her services in the past 15 years. I was pleased with my results in 1997 and am still in process of divorce proceedings at the present time. She is slow to answer calls but results are good.
Failed to file Motion for Pendente Lite, failed to file Qualified Domestic Relations Order simultaneously with divorce.
Carrie Polley is a dangerously biased magistrate. She ruled against the recommendations of court professionals in a completed custody evaluation. She ignored the facts of soberlink reports and extensive psychiatric evaluations. She sides with money and power and does not take the best interest of children at value. She gave primary custody to an alcoholic, abusive, drug manufacturer. She endangers the lives of women and children. She should be removed from the bench!
Avoid this attorney. Overbills, unresponsive.
Sally Gold only cares about money and borders on unethical. Practicing family law is a disgrace as she never considers the best interest of the children.
