Every email was replied to promptly, even personal messages to Mr Sirody, answering any questions I had. Everything was exactly as I expected, no surprises. I only wish the entire process had gone faster but that was more of the government’s doing.
He is a pretty good attorney at best, but I think that is can be a little better at what he is doing. I think it is a lack of communication with his firm and they need to get a little better with that.
Efficient and got the job done. Not necessarily best at communicating options or coming up with a strategy, but can whip you through the process if you know what you need to do.
Having dealt with this firm for over eight years, I can attest to their near-inability to communicate effectively, or at all, with clients. Space precludes listing unprofessional conduct examples-but: Didn't mail clients court docs or inform client when attorney left the firm; attorneys & staff very moody & confrontational; misquoted & misrepresented client's words AND intentions filed in court docs to withdraw as counsel; oft-stated they "weren't get paid for" (work) even when payment offered!
