Call him, and whomever is around him in the room can hear your entire conversation. Try to tell him details of Your Case, and he’s busy answering another call, since he’s busy conning folks. Send him evidence, don’t worry, he won’t review. Go to his office, your files are exposed for the world to see, and he shares confidential files, photos, videos, and stories about his clients with random others. His lies? OMG, his LIES…he LIES in court! He’s got ongoing cases from his bitter divorce, tax liens, bankruptcy, and he’s taking on more and more clients every day while overcharging them and NOT working on their case. There is always an excuse, and when you get to court, YOU will be far more prepared than he, and he will need your assistance with helping him get you convicted for a crime you never committed. He’s a devout Trumpster!
Mr. Rifkin is the worst Lawyer that anyone would need to hire. Run as far as you can from this so called Attorney. For3 years he wasted my time pretending to work on my case. Yes, he was the 4th Attorney on the case. The disbarred Attorney would have prevailed better then Mr. Rifkin. He was too cheap to obtain my medical records ,and files. He assured me that he was prepared for court. The night before court he brings me the binders and paper work to make copies and place in the binders. He then stayed for an hour ate his dinner and watched TV then went home. I stayed up all night trying to get the job done. Here I am doing the work while he sleep. I lost my case. Due to Mr. Rifkin NOT BEING PREPARED FOR COURT. The Judge stopped the trial. No Medical Doctors were able to testify because of a lack of records. I had 5 surgeries due to my injury. Yet all he cared about was trying to get me to take $50k from the Ins Co. That would have least given him someting. Mr Rifkin deserved Nothing!
