Sadly, I agree with all the other reviews. Wendy Wideman was very rude, abrupt, and dismissive. She provided no explanations and was curt with me when I attempted to ask her questions. Every time I called her she seemed like I was bothering her. She is the worst supposedly professional I've ever encountered. CHOSE SOMEONE ELSE!
Wendy Widmann is nightmare of an attorney!! She is RUDE, DISMISSIVE, DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. She was recommended by another attorney and is a total waste of valuable money. Her written communication is flippant and lacks direction. She is lacking in her telephone manners—and is an arrogant interrupter who talks over you during conversations. She provided insufficient guidance while working on my case. I WOULD NOT recommend her services to anyone. Find a better attorney!!!!
I am just now finalizing QDRO issues, originally left in the hands of Wendy Widmann in 2016. I have had to complete this process on my own (with my ex-husband) because the original documents, which I paid $1000 for, were not worded per the instructions from the benefits department of the company managing the funds. She reworded my document without permission, did not file it properly, ignored communication with my divorce lawyer and has never returned my phone calls or emails since cashing my check. She has caused undue stress and many hours of my own time to be wasted on a process she was paid to do and failed. Find another attorney!!
If you want to pay an attorney $850 to prepare a legal document (QDRO) and mail it off then Ms. Widmann is a great fit for you. If you want an attorney to walk you through the process and communicate with you in a respectful manner, I would suggest finding another attorney.
Wendy Widmann is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Wish I'd known prior to hiring her. She is the absolute worst!!!!!!
