From our office in Baltimore, Maryland, the firm's attorneys deliver exceptional counsel and service to Baltimore County clients.
I consulted with this firm and sent them all of the available files and evidence that I had to them. Requests for updates went unanswered and eventually I gave up contacting them. Another attorney contacted them on my behalf and they told him that they were not taking my case. They ghosted me, rather than notify me of their decision. Poor communication and overall experience.
They never reached back out to me, but here they are sending me an email, asking me to give a review of their services.
What a disappointment! Things started off well, communication was good, although I was told that my case didn't have a good chance. Records were requested and received and I was contacted a few times to answer some questions. But then in June, when the final medical report needed was sent to them, I was dropped like a hot potato. One call was answered with a promise to call me back, but no further calls were ever returned. I was left with the records at their office and no further communication, and this was really frustrating and really beyond disappointing. I didn't even find out if a communication that I requested was ever made (later discovered that it was not, from another source.) I understand that this case was going to be on a contingency basis. But if they decided that there was not going to be any profit in it for them, they could have at least let me know with a closing letter. It would have been the professional thing to do.
Refuses to return phone calls. Sat on a case until the statute of limitations had nearly run out.
