Mr. Zerivitz's mind is as sharp as a tack; he is absolutely amazing! At first, his approach to fact-gathering seemed uncomfortably abrupt to me, because (in hindsight) he needed to have his pointed questions answered by me, in staccato fashion, as concisely as possible, as quickly as possible; he wouldn't let me embellish my answer. And I am so glad he did, because we got so much more accomplished in a very short period of time, than would otherwise have been possible. After he got his basic framework of information about my needs established, there was then plenty of time for me to elaborate on that framework in order to complete the puzzle, which then allowed him to offer the optimal solution. His technique works very well, and I am so glad that I had a chance to meet him. Very pleased with the result!

It was with great pleasure that I experienced with Mr. Zerivitz while he handled a car accident case for me. It was a difficult case so quite natuarally I assumed it would be long & drawn out; but to my surprise Mr. Zerivitz handled it firm & swift. I noticed he does'nt call alot but when he does it's important information & he also answer all his own phone calls. I would definetly recommend him to family & friends.
Mr. Zerivitz was especially helpful in assisting my elderly mother with decisions about her home that she has owned for 50+ years. When she was too fatigued to come to his office, he scheduled a phone consult and was more than patient in explaining property law as well as her choices.
