About Robert Stanley Williams

My practice focuses on assisting people who are facing financial difficulties. In particular, at this time, we specialize in removing second mortgages off homes.

Originally, the firm was my father's. I started at the firm in 1976. The focus is and always has been on bankruptcy law and probate; we help people with their financial problems. I have been with firm since passing the bar exam.

We offer a free consultation and are conveniently located in the same building as the Bankruptcy Court.

He knows bankrupts law but does not consider that his client Is scared and has no idea of what is going on and he may need to give a little more information.
