He has a very friendly staff and they are very responsive. He is a very good source for information about credit, bankruptcies and foreclosures. There are a lot of details left out in the media and he makes sure you fully understand everything.
Neil made me feel like I was not "just another case." He was friendly, warm, and made me feel like he genuinely cared about me, and making sure that my case was handled properly. I knew if I had any questions or apprehensions that I could call him at any point in our journey.
He is a really smart guy and it seems he really tries to help his clients, but he also is really busy and has a big client base, which makes him almost overlook things in your case. (Almost forgot a whole page worth of creditors to put into my bankruptcy)
The only problem I had was the day we went to court,he showed up right at court time and didn't have time to talk to us before we went in front of the judge. And then we had to wait until he was done in front of the judge with all of his other cases before we could talk with him. Other than that the service was great and done in a timely matter.
After paying for his services we never heard from him again until the meeting of creditors. Then he didn't speak to us.
