I found Mr. Carlovsky to be highly ineffective. After 1.5 yrs and tens of thousands of dollars for continuance after continuance, and then a conference prior to the next hearing - when finally something would happen - he dropped me like a hot potato. In addition to making all of my monthly payments, as negotiated, and an additional $5600 payment within the past 70 days. All I got was a threat to pay the full balance or represent myself. No renegotiation. No manners. No tact. No mercy.
