Terrible Attorney, Overcharges. Has no consideration for his clients. It's his way or no way. Doesn't have enough experience on how to win cases. In criminal and probate cases he sides in with the other side. Don't hire this attorney. We hired this attorney to represent us and he down right left us flat, holding the bag, after he thought he lost our case. We hired another attorney who had to pickup the scrap he left and won the case.

Worked with Walt Salens and now have to hire another lawyer to fix all of his mistakes. Sloppy work with tons of errors and has resulted in months of rework and added cost for us to correct. Additionally, he will not correct his mistakes and simply ignore your calls to his office. Save yourself a headache and find someone whose an actual competent lawyer.

Walt Salens is a horrible attorney. Don't waste your time with everything he pitches to you that he will do. The reality is that he just wants your money and will leave you hanging in the end after he has taken a majority of it. And keep in mind in the end he will work for the opposing party! That's right, he will actually work harder to end his client relationship with you after you hired him. He is inept, lazy, at times a complete bumbling moron. He looks for the easiest way out for himself and NOT in your interest. He will even go so low as to defend the opposing party and their criminal behavior. Stay away! This guy is just a dummy!

Walt Salens is a horrible attorney. Stay clear of his practice. He’s was not thorough, or even knowledgeable about the law or even how to apply it to my case. He was definitely confused about what he was in court for as he was mixing up my case with some other client of his. Which was pointed out by the judge and opposing attorney. Kind of hard to win when your attorney is just flat out an embarrassment. He was prompt at sending me invoices and expected to be paid timely.

Completely inept as not only an attorney, but a human being. He handled (mishandled) my parents estate. And he sold the house for the tax appraisal value, couldn’t even find the monetary assets after he was given bank statements. He even didn’t list all the heirs to claim the life insuranc,I really can’t think of one thing he handled on time, maybe turning in his bills to be paid. He actually never paid a small medical stay bill and after he settled the estate they bills were sent to my sibling. He never paid the gas and electric utility bills while handling the estate through the winter. And he actually gave the realtor “Lock Box” combination out to another sibling that used it to steal the estate property for almost a year. Walt Salens’ didn’t even care it was happening. This attorney loves drama, and he creates a lot of it. Don’t expect him to be able to cut through gossip and accusations. He will instead perpetuate them himself, and then act innocent before the judge in court.

Thus attorney is horrible! He is dishonest and lies so much and gets caught you will be amazed. He is probably the most illegal criminal person I know, and he’s an attorney! A very inept one at that.
