Accused me of killing my brother for the money we co-inherited from our mother. I had just found my brother's decomposed body on his backyard patio the day before, after 2 weeks of him not answering the phone. My cousin was with me at the appointment with Henehan. He also thought my brother had a lien on his house for sexual abuse - the DWI misdemeanor box was the one marked - when I was selling his house, and then forgot to sign the sale proceeds check at the very end. Dementia or just plain incompetence? I'm never using this office again.
