Tipton Law Group is the best! Seth Tipton and Sarah Ober are very good attorneys! From the very beginning of my case, Seth was a very “straight shooter” with me. He told me from day 1 that he couldn’t promise me what the outcome would be but, he could promise me that he would give me the best criminal defense possible. HE DID JUST THAT!!! I was put in a position where I had some very serious false allegations made against me. He worked very hard on my case and throughout several depositions that he conducted the truth came out!! I am very pleased with the outcome of my case. I was confused about all of my options, but they were able to guide me along. I don't know how they could have done much better. They responded to all my questions and requests quicker than I expected.

Hired his company to represent me, first time in court , they didn’t say 10 words in my defense. I lost all confidence in them after that performance. And terminated their service. I paid 1200 dollars for a retainer and have not received any of it back. I’ve called and texted several times. But they do not respond back. Just keep their money, that’s so unprofessional.

My experience with Tipton llc started out positive on phone, but after that there was no communication between us, could never get ahold of attorneys. Said they wanted to get together and discuss situation. Never happened, never took my case seriously. So I terminated services. And I still haven’t got my retainer back. After Seth offered to give it back to my wife. Still waiting……..
