William J. Snihur, Jr. is a distinguished attorney whose practice encompasses business transactions, civil litigation, wills and trusts, probate matters, and civil appeals. As an Adjunct Professor of Law at Barry University for many years, Bill Snihur instructed in areas of Civil Litigation, Business Law, Legal Research and Writing, and Probate Law, He has contributed extensively to legal scholarship as both an author and editor, including serving as Guest Editor for special issues of the Florida Bar Journal on Ethics and Appellate Practice, and served as a member of its Editorial Board. Bill Snihur’s leadership extends to the Broward County Bar Association and other professional organizations. He is a Board Member of the Miami-Dade FAWL Foundation (Florida Association for Women Lawyers); and a Member of the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in International Finance and Marketing, he also has a background as a classical pianist and active arts advocate in South Florida.
