My opinion is Danny Kaplan is the most corrupt Family Attorney in South Florida. He only cares about getting every last penny you have. He did nothing for my case. He filed over 900 dockets, had me sell my home, mortgage my other just to liquidate everything for him to take. He then withdrew from my case and sued me for another $100k leaving me with no money and will be homeless in a couple months. He knew I didn't have the money to fight him in court and resulted in me being forced to sign affidavits that were lies. He is a greedy, evil and heartless narcissist. Stay far away to save yourself. He's not worth the free call for a consult. I am also a mother with full custody and not being paid support because of Danny Kaplan. My opinion is he will indirectly kill you. Run fast from him. He also had a lot of negative reviews that he must have paid to get them and keep them removed

Danny’s representation caused my family sever emotional harm and extreme financial loss. I often wonder if he didn’t make a deal with my ex-wife’s attorney to shake me down. He seems like he enjoyed the thrill and game of the extreme battle that ensued between myself and my ex. He intentionally encouraged strife to force high fees.
