About Daniel Kaplan

Daniel Kaplan heads the Firm’s Family Law department. Mr. Kaplan provides clients with superior service in sophisticated family law matters at the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Kaplan has distinguished himself by working on difficult cases such as complex contested divorce litigation, marital and premarital settlement agreements and issues of domestic violence, paternity and custody disputes.

Mr. Kaplan is responsible for directing the work of the Firm’s family litigation attorneys and staff and is actively involved in every facet of his client’s case, providing direction on any strategy-related decisions, hearings and trials. Under his leadership, the Firm has been noted for its ability to handle cases in an organized, timely, cost-efficient and effective manner. Clients looking for aid in international custody proceedings and Hague Convention proceedings also look to Mr. Kaplan and his staff for leadership in their cases.

The Family Law department prides itself on keeping clients advised on their options as their cases progress. Clients can be assured that Mr. Kaplan and his associates will be with them through each step of their case, providing them with ongoing support as it develops.

Hired Attorney Daniel Kaplan

Daniel Kaplan helped me resolve all issues regarding a very complicated post divorce custody and relocation agreement, I could perfectly say that he is hands-on and does not underestimate the opposing counsel. He has a vast knowledge of family law and is extremely good in oral arguments in court. He is very just in billing his fees. Danny is the type of lawyer that you need to control an aggressive and abusive opposing counsel. I would definitely recommend him.

If I had known about Danny prior to now. He hands down would have been my first choice. He pulled my case out of a huge slump. Danny is definitely about his business. His staff as well as himself is very professional and fashionably responsive to a clients needs. I recommend him to all. He's a bull dog is his category. A plus material.

Danny’s representation caused my family sever emotional harm and extreme financial loss. I often wonder if he didn’t make a deal with my ex-wife’s attorney to shake me down. He seems like he enjoyed the thrill and game of the extreme battle that ensued between myself and my ex. He intentionally encouraged strife to force high fees. What a nightmare I lived under Danny’s “care.” He is a self-centered, self-servicing, corrupt lawyer.
