My attorney is Brian Burkheart, after a year of hardly any updates, we had to call message and email to force him to update us, we finally had or suppositions a few weeks after we were told they would drop us if we did not take the 100k insurance, our medical bills are over 1.5m combined, but they still managed to get us a pittance, then have constantly lied to us about the nature of the payment and when we would get the payment, Brian is not a very good attorney, he only wants the fast cash then finds a way to take half of what you wind up getting, they took 40% then added another 14% in attorney fees
