My impression is that Mr Hemphill is very knowledgable of the law. However, his performance representing us was poor and unprofessional in my opinion. We retained him in a business matter and he sent a demand letter that, as far as we know, was never responded to, nor did he do any follow up on. On three separate occasions, he was going to set up a meeting with the other party, none of which ever happened. He never responded to at least 7-8 email and phone requests for updates.
