Administrators of the home were fighting with the Big Insurance Companies who could have cared less as to the living conditions for these children. The Law Firm took quick actions to restore the home for these children. Mr Mostyn had such a big heart that he contributed a substantial donation. In addition, he also contributed his personal time visiting and getting to know these children.
After Hurricane Rita hit the Texas/Louisiana coast, the Homeowner's Insurance Companies panicked. I had my home owner's insurance policy over 20 years & State Farm refused to pay for the damage to my home. I hired Mostyn and they took my case serious & went after the insurance company. I got the complete value of my home PLUS a comfy additional amount for the crap they put me through fighting them for 3 years (my home was unlivable by the time we got into court though & had to be torn down).

Did not think that the firm did all that could be done. Attorney was afraid of what a Judge would do and did not want to make him mad, so she decided to take a small amount offered instead of the large amount that we needed to put our house back in order from Hurricane damage. It seemed that the firm feared not getting any pay, so they decided to settle for the 1st thing on the table after the 1st mediation.
