Well I think they did a good job with the time limitation we had but it seemed like nothing was really moving in the begining because the person started with our case had left the firm and did not relay any info about our case to the person taking over his position so it was like we had to start all over from scratch with alot of paperwork requested by the IRS and then we had to go back into the office to explain the case over again it was frustrating but it work out in the end.
He was very slow in response to my requests. Didnt follow through on paper work, and was very intolerant to help me in critical times. i was due to be released and because he wouldn't go to the courthouse to submit simple paperwork I did not get out untill 2 weeks after my release date. And was almost sent to prison illegally due to his neglect. Also, he was quite rude on several phone calls concerning the matter. he did although, answer all my phone calls.
We had worked on this case for over two yrs. and they did not file the necessary papers on time for a summary judgement, so therefore, my claim was dismissed. This was a multi-million dollar claim against a National Corp.
No no and just no. Robert is why people hate lawyers. He’s dishonest. He lies. He’s just bad all around. Do yourself a big favor and find someone else.
