Perhaps if I had not told her I had a limited budget the end result would have been different. My initial consultation was 15 minutes long and in the end was basically told to just read the document I already had.
Very disorganized. Hired Terry Garrett to file a probate for my father's estate. After signing off on a flat fee rate, and reminding her twice that I had not received the link to pay her, she told us that she had lost our documents and said it might not be worth our time to obtain new ones. We were then charged by the hour plus filing fees for documents that she did not have.
